Today (26 May 2025), Mr. Pichai Naripthaphan, Minister of Commerce, said that the Thai government is currently giving importance to continuously upgrading the Thai rice industry, accelerating the policy of market-led, innovation-driven, and increasing income through development and promotion from the production sector, the use of agricultural technology (Agi-Tech) and food technology (Food Tech) to develop all occupational groups related to the agricultural sector to create food security.
